ช่วงเช้าวันที่ 27 กรกฎาคม เวลาประมาณ 09:13 น. ผู้ใช้บางส่วนไม่สามารถเข้าถึงเว็บไซต์และบริการออนไลน์ของ What City ได้ หรือเข้าได้ไม่เสถียร อาการเกิดขึ้นเป็นช่วง ๆ จนถึงเวลาประมาณ 09:40 น. จึงกลับมาใช้งานได้ตามปกติ ทีมงานได้ตรวจสอบต่อเนื่องจนพบสาเหตุที่แท้จริงและดำเนินการแก้ไขถาวรแล้วเสร็จในเวลาประมาณ 10:30 น.

What happened
The system that routes incoming traffic to our website stopped working temporarily. During this window, some users were unable to load the site.
Cause
A configuration change made earlier contained an incorrect setting. This caused our management system to silently stop maintaining that component. The issue surfaced when traffic was moved between servers.
